Die Europameisterschaft in Frankreich steht bevor und die Nennungen für die Team und Einzelwettbewerbe sind ab sofort möglich.

Für die Nennung an der Einzel ist es notwendig, dass die Reiter vom jeweiligen Verband autorisiert werden.

Hierfür bitte das vor ausgefüllte Formular an sportwart@vrmgd.de versenden.

First thing, sorry to be late in opening entries, now all things are ready.

So entries will be opening the 2 Th of April 2024 at 19h00 (Paris time). For indivudual places are limited. We wait the 30 of April to know how many 6th riders are doing individual. And maybe after we will open some more places.

Les engagements ouvriront le 2 avril à 19H00 (heure de Paris). Les engagements indivs sont limités. Nous attendons le 30 avril et la clôture de l’offre pour les 6ème cavaliers pour savoir si nous ouvrons des places supplémentaires.

FOR VACCINATION: 6 month vaccination for Flu and Tetanos

Die 6 Monate Frist gilt für Influenza!

All horses will be control at the arrival in the showground, if the vaccination is not good you have no access to the site.

Pour la vaccination: Vaccination à 6 mois Grippe/tétanos

Tous les équidés seront contrôlés à leur arrivée. En cas de problème de vaccination, les équidés n’auront pas accès au site.

On Bemoga you can aslo order some more camping place, gala diner, boxes, electricity.. Riders and supporters must book camping places or electricity. If it’s not done you can’t stay on the showground. Control will be done every day and all day long.

Sur Bemoga, vous pourrez également réservés des emplacements de camping supplémentaires ainsi que des diners de gala, boxes et accès électrique. Les cavaliers et accompagnants doivent obligatoirement avoir un emplacement/ électricité réservés sous réserve d’exclusion du site. Des contrôles seront effectués quotidiennement.

For TEAMS:
Open/ U18: 3000 euros
U15/ U12: 2700 euros
The entry fee include:
Participation to the competition for the Team
– 1 place in Individual for the 6th rider (offer limited to 30 April)
– 6 boxes
– 7 breakfasts per day
– 7 Gala access
– 1 campsite plot 10m*10m with 1 electrical connection 1.5 KW

1 stable for your saddlery is made available for each nation engaged in team

For Individuals:
Open/ U18/ U15/ U12: 450 euros
The entry fee include:
Participation in the individual competition
1 box
1 breakfast per day
1 gala access
Please note: camping areas and electrical connections are not included in the individual entries and are therefore to be reserved in addition.
For Individual riders, a riding authorization provided by the Federation or the association affiliated with the IMGA (to which the rider belongs) will be requested at the time of registration. (see attached file). Registration will be on first come/first served. We will inform you of the date and time of the opening of entries. (so prepare the authorization to ride before the opening of the entries)

Important Additional information

Indiv offer deadline for the 6th rider:April 30, 2024, beyond this date the 6th will not have a reserved place and if he wants to entry the price will be 450 euros.

From 06 May the price of entries increases by 10%

Open/ U18 team: 3 300,00 €
Team U15/ U12: 2 970,00 €
Individual Open/ U18/ U15/ U12: 495,00 €

From 17 June no cancellation of entries will be possible
The cancellation fees are the responsibility of the rider/ country engaged.
